Links to recorded sessions sent daily so you can choose when to workout.
The only equipment you need for a session are a mat, water for hydration and three pairs of dumbbells (usually pairs of 3 lb., 5 lb. and 8 lb. dumbbells).
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 am Eastern. Total body conditioning.
Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 am Eastern. Upper/lower body workout plus stretch.
Saturday at 9:00 am Eastern for 45 minutes of butts and guts.
Training fee.
Unlimited access for $50 per month.
